All charging infrastructure complies with Guideline-EV (May 2025) and IEC standards. The installations feature robust electrical protection, proper earthing and bonding, as well as comprehensive fire, emergency, mechanical, and physical safety measures.
We provide a 2 to 5-year manufacturer warranty for the EV chargers. Additionally, there is a 1-year warranty for electrical accessories and a 3-year warranty for mounting structures. Defective units are repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Station performance is monitored online through the Ruihua software platform. This smart technology integration allows for optimal utilization, load management, and real-time analytics.
Charge Master, backed by Master Engineering Technologies, provides comprehensive operation and maintenance services. Corrective maintenance includes fault diagnosis, software updates, safety inspections, and component replacement with a guaranteed response time of 5–10 working days after approval. Technical support for manufacturing-related failures is free during the warranty period.
To ensure the chargers operate safely at their rated output power, voltage, and current, customers must provide an approved and adequate grid supply. Additionally, the site must have reliable internet connectivity for the monitoring software, and a safe operating environment must be maintained.
